Educare Publications in the Classroom Program

We provide free, diverse books to low-income and rural schools nationwide to close the literacy gap impacting marginalized youth. By offering relatable stories and authors, we foster a lifelong passion for reading in young learners. Through Educare Publications in the Classroom, we have donated over 300 books nationally and aim to donate over 500 diverse books in 2024. Our program coordinates year-round giveaways of diverse books sourced from publishers, organizations, schools, corporations, and individual donors.

Are you interested in partnering with us in this mission?

  • Interest Form Submission: Published authors, schools, or organizations interested in donating books for upcoming giveaways, please complete the form below.

  • Book Donations: Contribute diverse books to support our mission of diversifying classroom libraries.

  • Stay Updated: Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest giveaway updates.

To our past and future book donation recipients:

As part of Educare Publications in the Classroom program, we ask that recipients send photos of the books received in the classroom as part of displays with teachers and students. We will use these photos on our social media channels and website to spread the word about the Educare Publications in the Classroom initiative. Many schools already have release forms as part of your school's policy, but below is Educare Publication's photo release form if students under 18 are in the images.
